SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the text messaging program operated by Bin Chiefs, LLC ("Bin Chiefs," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bin Chiefs, you agree to these terms.

The Bin Chiefs SMS program sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Bin Chiefs. Phone numbers obtained during the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your Bin Chiefs service. You will continue to receive service updates by email or phone.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your carrier, device, and network coverage. Bin Chiefs is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of text messages, or for any actions taken or not taken based on a text message. Text messages are provided for convenience and do not replace the terms of your service agreement with Bin Chiefs.
